Almost 10 years’ experiences in the human resources & organizational development areas particularly Foods & Agricultural Manufacturing business which is relied on labor intensive type of workforces. My entire experiences have mostly related with diagnose, develop, and assure on the certain HR processes and its deliverables will be suited for the certain business circumstance and environment. As the result, those of chances can trigger me strengthening the specific competencies as below.
1. Fast Learner
I had been normally assigned to do the new project which did not have time so much in prior research while I must to learn quicker and quicker in order to pursue the deadline. So, my learning curve is tightening. As the result, the project outcomes were satisfaction.
2. Skillful at Applying Knowledge
Mostly, I normally learnt and acquired the knowledge or related information from the pure research or any theories. Then, I gained that information and blended them together such as business culture, business environment, or any such of things in order to deliver appropriately. As the result, I tailored the solutions for fitting with a certain organizational context. Also, the chance of success of implementation could be accomplished.
3. Strategic Thinking
I usually planed a short term and long term for my jobs, department, organization, or even my career. The reason is that I would like to know and understand what happening will be, what risks would be concerned, and what strategies will be used for overcome in order to avoid the failure as much as possible. Therefore, I simultaneously prior think ahead, predict the critical success factor, evaluate the impact, and prior eliminated those causes of failure rather than jumping to do a certain thing.
